KH Coaching Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the KH Coaching website at khcoachinginc.com (the “Site”), operated by KH Coaching Inc. (“KH Coaching,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

2. Our services

The Site describes our resume writing, career document, and coaching services. Purchasing a service is governed by our Client Engagement Letter, which you accept before work begins. If these Terms of Use and the Client Engagement Letter conflict, the Client Engagement Letter controls for any services you purchase. Membership programs are governed by their own terms, provided with each invitation.

3. Who can use the Site

You may browse the Site at any age. To purchase services, you must be at least 18, or be a parent or guardian purchasing for someone under 18, or have their permission, as described in the Client Engagement Letter.

4. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or collect content or information from the Site by automated means
• Interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or try to access areas not made available to you
• Upload anything harmful, unlawful, or that you don’t have the right to share
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with any person or organization

5. Our content

The Site and everything on it, including text, templates, guides, videos, the KH resource library, our methodology, and the KH Coaching name and logo, belong to KH Coaching or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and use them for your own personal career development. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission. Once you’ve paid in full, the final documents we create for you are yours, as described in the Client Engagement Letter.

6. Information you share

Information you submit through the Site, such as intake forms and career history, is handled according to our Privacy Policy and kept confidential as described in the Client Engagement Letter. If you send us feedback or suggestions about our services, we may use them to improve our services without any obligation to you.

7. Purchases and pricing

Prices and packages shown on the Site may change without notice. The price and terms in effect when you purchase apply to your order. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By purchasing, you confirm that you’re authorized to use your payment method. Cancellations, refunds, and our interview guarantee are covered in the Client Engagement Letter.

8. Third-party sites and services

The Site may link to or use third-party websites and services, such as our payment processor, client portal, and scheduling tools. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices. LinkedIn is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation, and KH Coaching is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.

9. No guarantee of results

Content on the Site is general information, not professional, legal, financial, or mental health advice. KH Coaching is not a recruiting firm, staffing agency, or employment agency. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, admissions decisions, promotions, or salary outcomes, and individual results vary. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are shared with permission.

10. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, KH Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services involved, consistent with the Client Engagement Letter. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Your responsibility

You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these terms, or false information you provide to us.

13. Resolving concerns

If you have a concern, please contact us first, and we’ll work with you in good faith to resolve it. If we can’t resolve it informally, we both agree to try mediation before taking legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date and takes effect when posted. Changes don’t affect any engagement you’ve already accepted.

15. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and, for purchased services, the Client Engagement Letter, are the full agreement between you and KH Coaching regarding the Site.
